Yitzchak Zelman, Esq. is a partner at Marcus Zelman, LLC. Mr. Zelman graduated from Cardozo Law School in 2012, and has consistently been at the forefront of many emerging consumer protection issues ever since. He has argued before the Second and Third Circuit Courts of Appeals, as well as the New York Appellate Courts.
Mr. Zelman focuses his practice on individual and class action consumer protection litigation, specifically involving Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and Telephone Consumer Protection Act cases. However, Mr. Zelman’s specialized litigation skills is frequently sought out by individuals in the non-consumer setting as well.
